Project Overview
Clarion Housing is the UK’s largest housing association, owning and managing 125,000 homes: 360,000 people call a Clarion home their home.
Clarion Housing is part of Clarion Housing Group, which is made up of both commercial and not-for-profit subsidiaries. The group undertakes a range of commercial activities in order to invest in their core social mission to provide homes for those who need them most.
When Clarion approached us with their requirement, we were eager to get our detailed design skills together on this light industrial unit. The unit serves the local community with the upkeep and management services Clarion has to offer.
It was important to deliver a scheme fit for the morale of the employees based at this location, as the existing demise was tired and not particularly welcoming.
Function was a huge part of the brief, making sure that the new space is fit for the workforce with machinery and products easily accessible and in neat order.
We designed, built and furnished the demise transforming the space for years to come.
We delivered on time, on budget with a scheme that the team at Clarion enjoy working from.
With modern commercial furniture, acoustics, kitchens and a much lighter, brighter space to visit.
