How much does an office fit-out cost per square foot in London?

The average cost per sqft for a London-based office fit-out or refurbishment varies from £50 – £140. Where your project is priced depends on various factors, such as whether the fit-out should be low, mid, or high spec. Other considerations are:

Current office condition

The current condition of your office is the first thing you’ll need to consider when looking to refurbish your office. If you’re moving into a new office, you’ll want to note the condition of the existing landlord’s systems and finishes (HVAC, ceilings, floor and wall finishes, lighting, electrical).

Construction

Construction is by far the most labour-intensive part of the process. If your project requires a great deal of work, you will need to account for labour costs. This might include the installation of new glass or plasterboard partitions for example. 

Furnishings
